Having conquered Britain by sail in 2011 in his renovated 18ft yacht ‘Jolly Olly’, Leukemia survivor, Oliver Rofix is now on a quest to take his story to the remotest parts of the UK in a Rigid Inflatable Boat. He intends to complete this journey in 4 short months starting in May 2013 and has gained committed and provisional sponsorship from many high profile companies and celebrities alike.

Hypro Marine became involved when made aware by Ribquest (a customer of Hypro Marine & main sponsors) of Olly’s challenge. We at Hypro Marine are delighted to play an important part in Olly’s challenge for such a worthy cause. The Teleflex Seastar hydraulic steering system will make operating the boat much easier & will take a lot of the strain out of this epic journey.
