Already a Zipwake user? Level up your existing system to PRO with the Zipwake Upgrade Kit.
The Upgrade Kit PRO is designed for boat owners who already have a Zipwake system installed and want to take advantage of the next generation of dynamic trim control. With this kit, you keep your current interceptors, control panel or integrator module, and simply upgrade the core components to access all the power of Zipwake PRO.

Once installed, your system becomes up to five times faster and packed with new features like:

  • Active Pitch Control – Automatically maintains the boat’s optimal trim angle
  • Active Roll Control – Automatically keeps your boat on an even keel
  • Roll Offset – Control lateral balance of choice, e.g to avoid a wet ride

You’ll also benefit from enhanced versions of the existing Zipwake features, improved performance, and increased precision — to a minimum of hardware replacement.

The Upgrade Kit includes:

  • SOFTWARE PRO

Upgrade your control panel or integrator module with the new PRO software and unlock advanced features like Active Pitch Control, Roll Offset, and Wake Shaping – all wrapped in a sleek, redesigned interface.

  • DISTRIBUTION UNIT PRO

DU PRO has built-in voltage boost that supplies the servo units with 36V DC power. It can accommodate up to three Series E Pro interceptors or six Series S Pro interceptors.

  • SERVO UNITs PRO

The new servo unit has double shaft seals and a precision-ground shaft in special high-grade stainless steel. The unit is ultra-fast, durable, calibration free and easy to install or replace.
